EGG WASH is used for cleaning and sanitising eggs from chickens, turkeys, ducks, gamebirds, geese and exotic birds. Removes dirt and debris and kills bacteria, fungi, mould and viruses that can contaminate and penetrate the eggshell and infect the egg or the developing chick.
DIRECTIONS:
MANUAL CLEANING: Dilute 35g of Egg Wash in 5L warm water (38-41'?C), allowing 250 PPM Chlorine Biocide. Clean eggs with a continuous flow of water (dipping, spraying or pouring) that allows the water to drain away from the eggs. Allow 5L water per 100 eggs.
ROTARY ACTION EGGWASHERS: Add 35g of Egg Wash for each 5L of eggwasher capacity. Wash eggs according to the machine manufacturers recommendations. After washing do not rinse. Drain eggwasher after each batch of eggs. Use a new solution for every new batch of eggs.
FIRST AID:
Prevent contact with skin and eyes. Should this occur, eyes should be flushed well with water for at least 15 minutes, then obtain medical attention. Flush skin with plenty of water. If any skin irritation persists seek medical attention.
